Water-Based Block Sealer

A water-resistant sealer similar to our standard GEMCOAT™ sealer, but uses a water-based formula versus solvent-based.

Due to its water-based formulation, there is virtually no odor, making it the perfect application for sensitive environments like schools, hospitals, and office buildings that may already be occupied.

GEMCOAT-WB BENEFITS:

  • Water-based = low odor and water clean-up
  • Good for currently-inhabited buildings
  • Full-gloss finish
  • Cleanable with water-based cleaners

GEMCOAT-WB APPLICATION:

  1. Substrate must be dry and clean of oil and dirt.
  2.  Apply GEMCOAT-WB using a soft brush, roller or spray.
  3. Let stand for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Important Notes:

  • GEMCOAT-WB must be protected from freezing during storage.
  • Substrate and product must be above 55 degrees F when applied.
