Introducing Heritage Concrete: A Stewart & Chaney Company

March 3, 2025 – York Building Products and Chaney Enterprises are excited to announce a new partnership in Heritage Concrete, a Stewart and Chaney Company.

Heritage Concrete is the premier producer and supplier of ready-mix concrete in the Delaware region, with an incredible network of four state-of-the-art facilities, exceptional quality, and a reputation for superior customer service. Chaney Enterprises will be contributing three additional Delaware operations, namely facilities in Seaford, Lincoln and soon Harbeson, to the Heritage business.

This combination of assets will provide customers with an exceptional network and decades of experience in supplying ready-mix concrete. It will also provide great opportunities for the collective team members of the new Heritage Concrete. Michael Petrillo and his team will continue to lead Heritage Concrete into the future with his continued commitment and dedication to customer service and Heritage’s continued growth.
