York Building Products operates three asphalt plants in York, Pennsylvania, Thomasville, Roosevelt, and Eberts Lane. All three are
approved to supply Federal, State, and Commercial asphalt mixes. We have a quality control department certified in all mixes from
Superpave to residential driveways. Additionally, we maintain one operating plant available to customers during the slower winter
months. Thomasville and Roosevelt are located on the stone quarries, Lincoln and Roosevelt respectively. Eberts Lane is located on
the East side of York, just off Route 30 and I-83 for customer convenience.
The Bituminous Division also relies on a network of in-house trucking to supply materials to the customers. Please contact customer
