Mason-Dixon Materials is the commercial sand and gravel division of York Building Products. Our three production facilities are located in Cecil County, Maryland. Mason-Dixon Materials has been providing high quality construction aggregates throughout the region for nearly a half a century.
We are also gaining much recognition for our newly developed specialty sands and gravels.
These products are used in a wide array of applications that include septic and waste drainage,
roofing ballast, golf course construction and more.
We service a six-state market area, which includes New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Delaware
as well as Maryland. Our many years of experience along with a group of dedicated skilled employees,
