The 'Titan' series is York Building Products oversized architectural masonry unit. Titan is designed as a larger, more versatile masonry unit for larger scale architectural projects as well as piers and accent pieces in cooperation with other architectural block. These non load bearing units are intended to be applied as a veneer to a concrete block wall back up and are available in both Gemstone and Earthstone finishes.
They are solid units with a maximum finished dimension of 15 5/8" x 23 5/8", a bed depth of 3 9/16", +/- 1/16", and are fire resistant, sound absorbing as well as thermally efficient. The Titan unit is manufactured in a variety of colors that will last the life of the products utilizing aggregates that best suit their size while maintaining their architectural beauty and structural strength.
This block extends the architect greater latitude in design for those projects where dramatic results are desired while adding little in cost. The Titan Series is becoming a more popular alternative to other non CMU products, providing endless opportunity for today's architect in a new arena of architectural development. |
